By understanding our triggers, we’ll have more control over how we respond to certain situations. It makes room for reflection rather than impulsive reactions. When we have this figured out, we’ll be able to manage our emotions and build coping mechanisms that will be beneficial in the long run, thus fostering resilience in the face of adversity.
